Noel founded GearJump Technologies, and is in charge of strategy and execution. He brings in over 20 years of management of high tech businesses. Awards received include: GCE via Gates Foundation, DoD, USDA, US Army, US Navy. Prior to this position, he was distinguished member of the technical staff at Draper Laboratory and Research Scientist and Principal Investigator at MIT. Noel was also named Innovation Fellow at the Center For Innovations in Care Delivery at the Massachusetts General Hospital, affiliated with the Harvard Medical School. He performed post-doctoral studies at MIT, received his PhD at Tel-Aviv University, and Master's and Bachelor’s degrees from Cornell University. He has presented 100+ abstracts/papers in journals and conferences. Noel has been a Scientist-in-Residence at San Francisco Science, a technology incubator, accelerator and commercialization hub. Noel is also an adjunct professor in the Department of Innovation at Buenos Aires Institute of Technology. Noel holds several collaborations with leading universities and research institutions around the globe.
